The reason for the study was that in 2021 Moscow received two World Travel Awards. It has become the best city for exploring historical heritage and the most interesting destination for short trips. The question arose: do foreign-language users translate the mos.ru website? At that time, it only had a truncated English version. The study was to establish whether there was SEO potential to create relevant pages and what could be improved in inclusivity. Inclusive websites are designed so that they can be used comfortably by visitors with any limitations or disabilities. mos.ru has an entire inclusion department to adapt the site, since the portal answers important questions from Muscovites and should be accessible to everyone. The concept of inclusive users includes not only visitors with disabilities, but also any user who, for example, has one hand occupied with the phone or stroking a kitten.


How can you translate a website and count the number of translations: Copy the URL Canada Phone Number Data paste it into the translator and go to generate a new address. These are quite significant numbers. The following conclusions were drawn from the statistics: mos.ru is translated by about 400 users per day; translations into English and Chinese predominate; There are translations into languages ​​with other writing systems, for example, with hieroglyphs or with reading from right to left. Based on this data, recommendations for SEO and recommendations for the inclusion department were created. For SEO purposes, it was decided that new landing pages would be created. However, this is a task for the future, since such pages require a lot of resources both to create and to maintain up to date. The Inclusion Department made recommendations based on the research data to adapt the design.
