The study was to establish whether there was SEO potential to create relevant pages and what could be improved in inclusivity. Inclusive websites are designed so that they can be used comfortably by visitors with any limitations or disabilities. mos.ru has an entire inclusion department to adapt the site, since the portal answers important questions from Muscovites and should be accessible to everyone. The concept of inclusive users includes not only visitors with disabilities, but also any user who, for example, has one hand occupied with the phone or stroking a kitten.
